Groundwork generates a salary-benchmark report from public U.S. government wage data (Department of Labor LCA disclosure filings, Bureau of Labor Statistics OEWS survey data, and other public sources listed in the report itself). It's informational only — not legal, immigration, tax, or financial advice, and not a guarantee of what any employer will offer or agree to.
We source every figure from public records and label sample sizes and approximations directly on the report. We don't guarantee completeness or accuracy of the underlying government data, and a small sample size can make an estimate unreliable even when it's presented — the report says so when that's the case. Use your own judgment alongside it.
Every browser's first report unlocks free. After that, a report unlocks by either a one-time single-report purchase or a multi-report pack; pack credits don't expire and can be used on any future search from the same browser. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never see or store your full card details.
Refunds: if a report was mismatched or clearly wrong due to a fault in the service, contact us and we'll make it right. Otherwise, because a report is generated and delivered instantly on payment, purchases are non-refundable once the full report has been unlocked.
Reports are for your own personal use in evaluating a job or negotiation. Please don't scrape, systematically re-download, or resell the underlying data or reports.
Groundwork is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, Nuphase Solutions isn't liable for decisions made based on a report, or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from using the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the report in question.
